奉仕係の拘束任命生徒の所持品が没収されると運用上の観点(※1)から拘束を行う。 手枷足枷、 そしてGPS機能付き首輪が装着される。拘束は一時的に緩和されることもあるが、 首輪は原則、任期満了まで外れることはない。

Restraint of the Service Officer: When the belongings of the appointed student are confiscated, they are restrained from an operational standpoint (※1). They are handcuffed, shackled, and fitted with a collar equipped with a GPS function. The restraints may be relaxed temporarily, but in principle, the collar will not be removed until the end of the term.
