After finishing high school, Yuuki Wakura comes to terms with the fact that it's been five years since his sister vanished during a catastrophic event known as the "Mato disaster." Across Japan, strange portals have emerged, leading to a nightmarish realm called "Mato," teeming with terrifying creatures known as "Shuuki" that pose a serious threat to humanity. However, a glimmer of hope shines through when a special fruit from Mato is discovered, granting extraordinary powers to women, enabling them to combat the Shuuki. This revelation leads to the establishment of a new matriarchal society and the formation of the Demon Defense Force, pushing men to the sidelines of society. When Yuuki unexpectedly finds himself trapped in Mato, he struggles to find a way out. Just as he braces for a grim fate at the hands of the Shuuki, he is saved by a girl in a military uniform. Kyouka Uzen, the ambitious leader of the Seventh Unit of the Demon Defense Force, is determined to prove her worth, despite being underestimated by her peers due to her unique abilities. Faced with a life-or-death scenario, Kyouka seizes the chance to explore the full extent of her powers by making Yuuki her servant, as they work together to take down the Shuuki.
