ベリアル・アトロシアスとの戦いに勝利し、 ウルトラレディ・セレスの行方が わからなくなってから9か月後。 レナはそれまでとは縁もゆかりもない地方都市 で、1人暮らしを始めていた。 コンビニのアルバイトに勤しみつつ、 怪獣が現れ ない、穏やかな日々を暮らすレナ。 そんなある日、 レナのもとに公安を名乗る謎の男が現れる。 彼が怪獣がまた出 現するようになったことをレナに告げた直後、怪獣ジェロニモンが出現。 しかし レナは、戦いに対して拒絶反応をしてしまう。 そんな彼女の目に飛び込んできた のは、怪獣と戦っているウルトラレディ・セレスの姿だった――。

Nine months have passed since the victory over Belial Atrocious and the disappearance of Ultra Lady Ceres. Rena has begun living alone in a provincial city with which she has no previous ties. Working part-time at a convenience store, she lives a peaceful life where no monsters appear. One day, a mysterious man claiming to be a member of the Public Security Bureau appears before her. Immediately after he tells Rena that monsters have started appearing again, the monster Geronimon appears. However, Rena has a negative reaction to the fight. Then, the image of Ultra Lady Ceres fighting a monster catches her eye.
